HPLC is not a guessing game or a series of random events, it is completely understandable. This course continues to be one of the most popular and highly rated of all ACS courses. Every participant will have the opportunity to build a calibration curve, quantify unknown samples, develop complex methods from scratch, and optimize HPLC methods to run in less than one minute! No prior experience in advanced mathematics, theoretical chemistry, or physics is required for this course, and while some experience in HPLC or introductory coursework in organic chemistry is desirable, it is far from necessary.
